Oversight of total operations and functions of TWELVE Centennial Park, an all suite boutique hotel Downtown Atlanta.With the sale of TWELVE Hotels and the ownership change, Rustin was appointed to General Manager to oversee the transition of the property into a Marriott Autograph Collection property. With a full renovation taking place Summer 2016, this property will be unveiled with a new, fresh look and restaurant concept near the beginning of 2017.

Supervised a team of seven Department Managers and 70 employees across four departments, ensuring a collaborative team approach to a seamless and unique experience for each guest at both TWELVE Hotel locations. Managed the hotel budget, ensuring that all departments exceed their performance goals on a weekly and monthly basis. Oversight of an annual $500K capital expenditure budget, $1M supply and amenity budget, $1M preventative maintenance budget (per property), along with payroll management. Managed the TWELVE Hotel online reputation. Improved Atlantic Station’s Trip Advisor rating by 20 points from 2014 - 2015 through coaching, counseling and encouraging effective communication across all departments.

Managed a team of three Managers, 30 in-house employees, temporary labor agents and four engineers, coordinating thecleaning and maintenance of 202 hotel suites, public areas and event spaces.  Budgeted and planned for capital expenditures, and managed payroll, scheduling, maintenance programs, and vendor and resource partnerships.  Negotiated all vendor contracts for both TWELVE Hotel locations, achieving 10%+ year over year savings.  Managed through and successfully passed the iPrefer Hotel Brand Standard Comprehensive Audit each year for both TWELVE Hotel locations. Also achieved a 90%+ City of Atlanta Department of Health inspection score each year.

Managed a team of two Managers, eight Front Desk Agents and 12 Valet Attendants, creating a warm, welcoming environment for all hotel guests and patrons.
