During my 25 years at Corning Incorporated, I successfully built multiple businesses in a variety of countries. I have a passion for recruiting and developing strong leaders, and for building profitable businesses in complex regulatory and customer environments. I am knowledgeable across a wide variety of tech industries including Semiconductors, Consumer Electronics and Telecommunications. Through my professional career and in my personal life, I have developed an affinity to and keen understanding for how Family Enterprises operate. I have served on multiple Family controlled boards, and have helped those institutions through (family and business) Succession Planning, Conflict Resolution, Governance and other initiatives.EDUCATIONAs visiting faculty at Cornell University's business school, I teach two elective MBA courses- Strategic Alliances and Family Enterprise Governance & Management. They are both designed to arm students with practical weapons to deliver success in those specific subject areas, and are built around many of my own personal and professional experiences. GLOBAL CITIZENI have worked and lived in the US, China, Taiwan and India, and done business in countless other countries.ONGOING EDUCATIONI recently completed a certification in Artificial Intelligence. Shortly after completing the training, I incorporated AI tools into my teaching materials and student deliverables.
