Formulated development stages, often in Gantt chart format.- Maintained daily communication with clients regarding statuses and progress, often via email messages.- Monitored project budgets. Utilized internal Excel templates to track budgets and margin control. Prepared financial plans.- Risk management. Maintained a risk register for projects in document form and conducted risk assessments.- Gathered and detailed requirements, coordinated requirements, and provided specifications to performers.- Organized project teams, including onboarding.- Expanded the internal database of outsourced performers.- Monitored all project stages from initiation to completion.Key tools: Redmine, Excel, Word, Keynote, Slack, Gmail, Waterfall, Kanban, SQL
