Frank Hill and Sarah Hornberger. Provide developmental-curriculum based counseling services to PreK-12th Grade students in five rural schools. Assist students in career exploration and identification with necessary support to transition from high school to post secondary education/training and/or work. Provide crisis intervention services as necessary. Serve as the Safe and Drug Free Schools Coordinator for the district. Coordinate and/or administer district wide testing: ACT, ASVAB, SAT. Monitor and facilitate 9-12th grade transcripts in assigned schools. Facilitate and coordinate district-wide counseling services from the district office with two remote counselors. Caseload of 165 students.

Mott. Speech and language assessment and development of individualized educational plans for articulation, language, and fluency. Augmentative communication systems were developed for three students. Caseload of 65 students from early childhood to sixth grade included 20% which were learning disabled or mentally retarded.

Janet Linn. Speech and language assessment and development of individualized educational plans for articulation, language, and fluency. Augmentative communication systems were developed for ten students. Served as team leader for the Adaptive Assistive Devices Team. Caseload of 60 students from kindergarten to high school included 85% which were learning disabled or mentally retarded. Served as teacher for Extended Year Services for moderately to severely mentally retarded students during the summer of 1990 and 1991.

Peggy Carrell. Speech and language assessment and development of individualized educational plans for articulation, language development, fluency, hearing, and voice therapy. Caseload of 50 students from early childhood to high school included 20% which were severely to profoundly mentally retarded.

Mary Ellen Hayden, Ph.D., and Jean McDowell, Ph.D. Provided individual, group, and family counseling with head injury, spinal cord injury, and stroke survivors and families. Focused on stress management/coping, biofeedback, and social skills training as part of a multidisciplinary team. Assisted clients in redeveloping a lifestyle affording the highest level of independence in self-care, home management, and vocational/avocational opportunities in their community and leisure. Screened, trained, and coordinated attendant care to support clients and families.

Douglas Puryear, M.D., John Battaglia, M.D., and Morag Harris, Ph.D. Specialized in crisis intervention for individuals and families. Responsibilities included interview, assessment, diagnostic criteria using the DSM, and formation of plan of action. Referrals to appropriate resources were made for follow-up.

Johnson. Implemented team treatment goals in all areas of the residential program for head injury, spinal cord injury, and stroke survivors. Supervised a staff of eight assistants.

Larry Heaton. Developed and implemented treatment goals for 13 children in developmental center for mentally retarded children ages 3 to 17 years of age. Supervised one teacher aide. Developed and supervised summer program utilizing volunteer staff from the community.

Miriam Eckersley and Kay Gupton. Worked for one semester under the supervision of cooperating therapist

Renee Smith. Monitored and implemented individualized treatment plans for 200 mentally retarded adults. Supervised a staff of five assistants.
