· Responsible for all production operations, safety and compliance issues on platform following Talos Energy core values and policies.· Coordinate all 3rd party services and maintenance work required on assigned facility's.· Complete required paperwork and permits by Talos Energy policies and procedures to remain in compliance with BSEE regulations.· Use safe work practices during day to day offshore operations to prevent injuries, environmental impact, and property damage to company assets.· Order supplies and or parts needed to maintain daily production operations, process equipment integrity, to keep wells at their max production.· Ensuring that all operations on facility are performed in a safe manner, and that all the proper procedures are followed to boost or maintain daily production rates.· Responsible for on the job training for production operator s on facility to advance their knowledge and skills, always leading by example while having a positive attitude towards any job or task that maybe faced with during daily operations.
