• Owned the end-to-end email pipeline, the core of Pardot’s B2B marketing, which sends 60 million emails per day. This included everything from frontend email template creation all the way through the backend process of queueing and sending emails.• Migrated Pardot’s 14,000 active customers from sending email over SMTP to sending using Marketing Cloud’s Transactional Messaging API. This allowed us to move to batch sending emails, which reduced send time by 60%.• Developed the new framework for resolving merge fields in Salesforce and Pardot emails called HML. This shared templating language enabled customers to use email templates they had created in Salesforce to also be used in Pardot and expanded the templating functionality with inline conditionals. Internally, because of the clean interface and robust documentation, the HML framework was able to be extended by teams to be used in other areas of the app.• Engaged in mentorship with 3 developers over the course of 3 years, 1 of which resulted in the developer getting a promotion• Started and led our organization’s software book club
