Leads PA Museums, the statewide museum association with 350 members and its board of 16 trustees. Organizes annual statewide museum conferences and awards programs. Develops and manages budget, staff, interns, and volunteers. Established regular communications to members including print publications, a website, a newsletter, and social media. Advocates for Pennsylvania’s museums. Participates with statewide partners regarding tourism, arts education, economic development, and arts and culture advocacy. Serves in leadership roles for statewide and nationwide museum initiatives.

Lead and managed staff of 11 art handlers, crating professionals, and office staff to provide project management support to museums in the Washington, DC area. Coordinated our branch office’s activities with six other U.S. Art offices for nationwide shuttle operations as well as regional services on the east coast. Provided services for art traveling internationally and customer service for artists, curators, museums, and collectors. Represented U.S. Art Company at trade shows, meetings, and conferences.

Directed staff, interns, and volunteers in a small, award-winning community art museum. Oversaw financial planning and operations. Cultivated support for the organization through fundraising, special events, and community partnerships. Curated or managed adjunct curators for sixteen exhibitions annually, including one that was installed in a mobile museum each year. Managed educational programs and interpretation. Lead the museum’s relocation to a new facility and re-established systems and operations.
