Development of Impact Living Services' community based services across the Commonwealth of Virginia into new localities including expansion of new community based services into those areas. Working closely with Impact's leadership team on creating and implementing compliance tracking system. Managing clinical supervisors and direct care staff while providing supervision, direct care work, and administrative/marketing of services into new localities. Recruiting, hiring, and training new staff. Supervising direct care staff and supporting them learn their roles and improving their abilities to provide community based counseling services. Facilitates wraparound team meetings to enlist existing supports in determining and meeting service objectives and to identify additional resources and supports. Ensure that services are in compliance with guidelines and standards set by Impact Living Services, DMAS, and other oversight agencies.

To oversee all programs, facilitating successful outcomes within Strategic's Roanoke and Lexington offices. Generate referrals and create clinical programs to meet local mental health needs. The Regional Director, under the supervision of the Assistant State Director, is responsible for leading, supervising, and coordination of all operational aspects of an FPS region. The Regional Director is responsible for managing all aspects of our clinical, development and fiscal operations according to policies and payer regulations. The Regional Director is responsible for carrying out the vision of the National and State Leadership Team and establishing a positive culture and providing leadership to their region.• Responsible for the recruitment, hiring, onboarding/training, and retention of professional personnel.• Develop annual regional budget and manage the performance of the budget.• Track, produce, prepare and present on a regular basis relevant data to regional performance, including clinical, fiscal and development.• Evaluate staff performance and guide personnel toward correcting deficiencies. (An example would be to ensure that staff delivers the full number of hours specified in each contract.)• Provide and coordinate training for staff development.• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and company policies and procedures affecting any/all of its programs, employees and business practices.• Assist and validate payroll in a timely manner.• Timely submission on all revenue reports, census and utilization reports and request made by the state leadership team.• Seek growth in the region through growing existing programs or starting new service lines according to the localities needs.• Proactively seek community partnerships through payers, vendors, schools, CPMT’s/FAPT’s and other sources to promote FPS, serve our community and provide needed resources to our partners.• Responsible for the property management of the region to include seeking property leases, following the guidelines in each lease, maintenance to the office, etc.

Provide individual and family counseling to youth and their families. Supervise counselors that work in local school systems with youth that have mood regulation, defiance, and behavioral issues. Complete intake assessments and develop treatment plans.

Provide behavioral management and services to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities to enhance functioning in all areas of life including motor skills, communication skills, personal living skills, and activities of daily life. Role-model and teach effective independent living skills, community integration, and socialization.

Develop recruitment model for peer mentors, train peer mentors with skills necessary to be effective student helpers, administer training tools for peer mentor to obtain mentor certification, and conduct supervisor and mentee performance evaluations.
