Employee Advocate
CurrentPrimarily improve retention of new and existing employees in order to lower turnover rates and close the workforce gap. Help to identify, navigate and resolve work related issues and concerns of new and current Island employees. Greet the employee during the on-boarding process, and provide support throughout the process as well as the employees lifecycle. Conduct 90 day and annual phone calls to all employees.Conduct exit interviews with Personnel Dept. for employees who terminate their employment.Report to COO, VP Operations & CEO regarding calls, communication and issues that transpired during the quarter.
