Managed day to day operations of residential energy efficiency programs. Coordinated operational elements of programs to include recruitment and maintenance of network of 200+ contractors, customer acquisition planning and execution by way of marketing and outreach efforts, production management, financial management of multi-million-dollar program budgets and client interaction. As a Contractor Network Manager, I facilitate direct contact with current and potential trade allies, manage capacity for all service territories, manage annual training plans in accordance with client intent, and ensure all allies are within compliance with program requirements. Responsible for verifying the quality of energy efficiency improvements, maintaining positive relationships between contractors, tracking contractors’ performance and meeting program mandated goals. Trained to identify proper installation of HVAC systems, insulation, and air sealing at infiltration/exfiltration points. Work with team to continually implement improvements to program to achieve highest level of efficiency and production.

Primary task is to help identify and assist customers find energy related concerns in residential homes to improve comfort and efficiency. Daily diagnos-tic tests performed are blower door testing, infrared thermography, combustion safety testing, and gas line inspections. Trained to identify insulation issues, air leakage and infiltration sources and proper techniques to address them, suspected mold and moisture issues, and issues with gas fired appli-ances. Program guidelines and procedures are regularly reviewed and studied to provide the highest quality of work to customers.

Main duty was to improve energy efficiency of residential homes by properly insulating attics, walls, basements, and crawl spaces to BPI standards. Responsible for conducting AEP Energy Assessments. Experienced in air sealing applications. Proficient in blower door testing. On a daily basis per-form Worst Case Draft, Combustion Safety Tests, and conduct Infrared Thermography Applications. Troubleshoot existing residential home problem areas and identify procedures and solutions. Interact with customers providing them with updates on progress and clarifying work techniques.

Ensured soldiers were physically and mentally prepared for missions. Duties included monthly counseling of soldiers’ performance, provide guidance to new soldiers, perform inventory of weapons and equipment regularly, lead and prepare for combat and peace time missions.
