I'm excited to have taken on a new role at our company in May 2017. I'm part of a dynamic team taking orders from major Aerospace companies around the world. We have daily routines that monitor our on time delivery performance and Customer Satisfaction. It is exciting to be close to the "Voice of the Customer". We will soon be expanding our Inside Sales Team to our sister division in Chihuahua, Mexico.

Responsible for meeting Sales Targets, On Time Deliveries and Working Capital Objectives. Provide Leadership for a Team of Managers and Specialists in the activities of Inside Sales, Planning, Machining Work Cells, Assembly Shop Floor, Warehouse, Receiving, Shipping, Manufacturing Engineering, and Facilities. Many activities include Continuous Process Improvements within Operations and Industrialization of new Technologies and Processes.

Responsible for team of Sales Reps and Planners in the process of accepting orders, planning builds, and master scheduling.

Assisted in an ERP implementation that went live in June 2010. Worked on Continuous Process Improvement projects that both streamlined manufacturing and assisted in the growth of the company. Co-led a project for implementation of on-line product work instructions that support NADCAP certification. This required running weekly web-conferences with designers in the UK. Also led a project team on improving On Time Deliveries by identifying root cause(s) and implementing permanent solutions, utilizing LEAN PDCA processes and tools.

Monitoring critical supplies, creating safety stock levels, and launching timely material requisitions in order to ensure optimum utilization of key processes and equipment. Working closely with Customer Service, Purchasing, Operations, Finance, and Shipping.

Managed and led a team of Schedulers, Planners, and Analysts to achieve goals in on-time-deliveries, SRT's, cycle times, and inventory costs, while supporting products transfers and NPI's.

Managed and led a team of Assemblers, Technicians, Specialists, and Supervisors in the manufacturing and testing of Microwave Test Accessories. Accountable for timely NPI's, supplier response times, on time deliveries, revenue, warranty, and COGs.

Managed and led a team of Assemblers, Technicians, Specialists, and Supervisors in the manufacturing and testing of Microelectronic Components used in the internal manufacturing of Signal and Network Analyzers. Accountable for timely NPI's, on time deliveries, standard costs, turn-on rates, and warranty. Traveled to Taiwan to help establish a Supplier to off-set some of our routine production.
