Also supported the plant floor and resolved any problems related to equipment or product.

Service Technician (2002-2004)Repair residential cable service in the Montgomery Area. Cable repair included the ability to use OHM meters and RF meters to determine signal levels, ability to translate readings to diagnosis problem and line location meter to determine location of cable underground as well as possible breaks in cable. Used prints to determine design of cable plant to assist in diagnosis and to communicate changes in design as required for repair of cable plant to engineering department. Communicated with management and dispatch progress of calls and suggested ways to improve processes to make department more efficient.Installer (2001-2002)Install residential cable service in the Montgomery area. Installation included installation of hard wire cable from the pole to the home if required, installation of connectors, splitters, and various other equipment necessary to ensure quality service. Installation also included customer education of equipment and services.
