Rusty Infinger is an attorney in Greenville, South Carolina. A native of St. George, South Carolina, Rusty received his undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa and with honors. He graduated with honors from Ole Miss Law School in Oxford, Mississippi where he served on the Law Journal. Rusty then moved to Mobile, Alabama where he worked as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Daniel Holcombe Thomas, Senior Status District Court Judge of the Southern District Federal Court in Alabama. He returned home and began work with Nexsen Pruet following his judicial clerkship. He worked with Nexsen Pruet in both the Columbia and Greenville offices having helped start the Greenville office. He worked there for 28 years having earned the status of an equity partner. In 2013, Rusty decided to form his own law firm. He established Rusty Infinger Attorney at Law, LLC in Greenville South Carolina where his primary focus was assisting parties resolve their disputes serving as a certified civil mediator. In January 2016 he became the Deputy Director of Operations/General Counsel for the statewide law firm of South Carolina Legal Services. Rusty joined P3 USA, Inc. in July of 2022 as Manager, Internal Operations.
