Prepare sundry notices for APD Changes and all other sundry notices needed. Interact daily with BLM and OCD.

Provide regulatory contract/consulting services for oil and gas operators in the State of New Mexico.

Responsible for working incoming APD's, assigning API numbers to new wells and working new well completions. I key in all information into our system that comes into this office - sundry notices, permits to drill, workover and recompletes, well completions, and am usually first contact for operators with questions on New Mexico paperwork.

Our company has sold and I will be moving to a new position.Was responsible for holding the fort down. Was responsible for making sure that lease operators had their production numbers in daily, assist production supervisor, engineer and field people. Compiled end of the month New Mexico production reports for our Midland office, so that they could do C115 and OGOR reports monthly. Compiled and submitted production reports to the Texas Railroad Commission monthly. Process invoices and mail invoices to our Dallas office for payment.

Variety of things - monthly vehicle reports, accept new company vehicles being brought into our field office and arrange to have rigged out for field employees, back up to Administrative Supervisor, SAP - responsible for the input of equipment and equipment being moved from one location to another. Make sure that all paperwork was filled out correctly for equipment being moved. Do bi-weekly payroll and key into payroll system. Update vacation and sick leave calendars.

Started in the geology department in 1976 as a high school student. Went on as a regular employee in August 1977, and worked in various departments through my 25-1/2 years at Yates Petroleum - geology, land, accounting, production and completions workover. Lastly most of my duties were filing the sundry notices and completion reports on new drills, workovers and recompletions for Texas, Wyoming and New Mexico.
