• In charge of the general maintenance of the multiple aerospace test stands in the facility. This include coordination with the maintenance team and the mechanical engineers. Including troubleshooting and fixing the computers and electronics on the test stands. Each stand worth up to $4,000,000 of equipment. • Lead electrical engineer on three aerospace gear box test stands. This includes creating drawings, labview programming and wiring. I am also responsible for the pre and post testing of the product and organizing /reviewing data when required.• Currently leading the organization and training for the new calibration technician. This include calibration for the test stands, plating lines and general instrumentation around the plant.• Responsible for creating electrical / mechanical and facility drawings in Microsoft Visio. This includes design and placement of the test rooms within the plant.• Leading and assisting Technicians with their various duties. This includes training and running of the various gear box test stands.• Test lead for multiple Kaizen / Six Sigma events within the facility regarding the testing areas.• Responsible for creation and implementation of operating procedures for the test stands. This includes the software operation of the console and installation of the various aerospace actuators and gearboxes.
