Prepare and manage a wide range of large-scale contracts which includes: reviewing and preparing request for proposals, negotiating terms and conditions, bids, reviewing and awarding the final contract. Assume responsibility for managing warehouse operations in the absence of the supervisor.

Duties include: reviewing the need, finding potential suppliers, conducting bidding or negotiation, selecting a supplier, creating a purchase order, follow up, closing out the transaction, maintaining the relationship.
