Monies were obtained through grants and benefactors.In building the systems I designed, I employed my experience in carpentry, metalwork, and electrical work.Supervised a staff of volunteers which built some of those facilities. Maintianed the CCMCommunications facilies both on-site at our shop and in the field, and provided troubleshooting equipment repairs.
