I started my career path in 1989 , servicing Commercial Kitchen Equipment as a service technician for Commercial Parts And Service . After 17 years in the field and Commercial Parts being acquired by Ecolab , management trained me to lead the Indianapolis team of 25 . After several years of success and continual growth in the area of P&L and Profitability the Parent organization worked the business into a National lime lite abandoning the Local and Regional relationships , the God given ability that I posses.in 2014, Safecare provided me with the opportunity to build a Commercial Kitchen Equipment repair and installation Division , The Safecare Team had grown to 18 technicians in three states...The next step in my career has blessed me with the opportunity to lead and grow the Vanco team and look forward to growing the business into a regional service company over the next several years. In 2023 my roles and responsibilities have changed from an Operations role to Sales and marketing . I look forward to growing the organization in my new role of Sales and Marketing Director. Additionally , Being Married for over 33 years to the Love of My Life, Lisa Parke , Being blessed with 3 beautiful daughters and 3 Great son in laws and 4 grandchildren our family is the absolute focus of our lives .
