- Assign work to individuals and provide technical direction and/or help in accomplishing difficult work steps and processes.
- Investigates work related problems such as excessive cost or low productivity and determine cause.
- I continuously use process improvements while implementing the Art of the Possible to help with the productivity of the work load of the aircraft output.
