Executed Echelon-1 IT multi-phase optimization projects for SIGINT-IMINT-OPIR-MASINT to implement Directives from D/NRO, D/CIO and D/Mission Ops to produce FYDP IT cost savings and identifying global mission critical infrastructure and networks for sustainment of mission. Responsible as project element facilitator for array of mission ops CONUS/OCONUS SIGINT-IMINT-OPIR-MASINT sites and network initiatives to include ops site closure studies.

Responsible to Ops Squadron Commander for conveying SIGINT & GEOINT cross-site/cross-system (CS/CS) mission ops requirements and in support of CONUS/OCONUS enterprise network, world-wide mission dissemination systems and communications ops group to include preparation of Inter-Agency Agreements, Service Support Agreements, ops concepts, developing & maintaining O&M Plan for CONUS/OCONUS ops networks, and providing SIGINT & GEOINT site mission overview briefs and mission ops floor briefs to Senior Leadership from Military Services and IC with a thorough grasp of GEOSIG floor ops. Hand-picked & hired by Squadron Commander because of vast SIGINT customer experience.

Responsible for LEO, HEO, GEO SIGINT & GEOINT cross-site/cross-system and multi-discipline ops concept definition and implementation associated with mission management centralization, ops demonstrations of multi-discipline communications systems for ops collaboration, providing engineering and ops needs statement definitions, defining mission essential functions, options for continuity of ops, cross-site/cross-system verification/validation of space-ground ops requirements, and horizontal integration of multi-discipline ops/engineering systems.

Responsible for operational integration and utility of GEO satellite systems at an operation OCONUS location. Strongly involved in focusing on mission management of SIGINT multi-terrestrial systems, operational collaborative systems, processing systems and cross-site/cross-system verification & validation of GEO space-ground ops.

Responsible for SPO design, development, delivery, integration and test & evaluation, as well as operational readiness and mission assurance of SIGINT LEO systems with associated interrogation of space-to-space and space-to-ground communications-dissemination systems. Required advanced operational experience of space environmental physics, options for continuity of operations and dynamics of multi-orbital spacecraft.

Responsible for design, procurement, operational installation of ground-based and satellite communications networks throughout Central/South American Embassies and remote country locations in support of the US Counter-Narcotics Operations. Executed responsibilities in a high politically-charged environment between staff elements of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Drug Enforcement Agency, US Customs, US Department of State, Defense Intelligence Agency, Department of Army Counter-Drug Office and CIA. Required to ensure operational linkage between the IC sites and counter-drug ops throughout Central and South America.

Responsible to the Strategic Defense Initiative Office and Missile Defense Command for defending cost, schedule, and performance requirements for the design, development, delivery and mission assurance of the Theater High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) missile system. Carried the THAAD Program from inception through the Defense Acquisition Board (DAB) process within the Office of the Secretary of Defense. Required advanced knowledge and understanding of endo-atmospheric and exo-atmospheric trajectories and missile propulsion systems and guidance systems technology to include the physics associated with kinetic energy impacts.

Responsible to the US Air Force Office of Space Systems and National Aeronautics & Space Administration for design, development, delivery, operational implementation and sustained mission assurance of a ground and space-based secure television system for on-orbit anomaly resolution and communications interface avionics equipment to support DoD spacecraft-to-Space Shuttle communications of DoD Space Shuttle Missions. Required advanced understanding of relational orbital dynamics.

Responsible for Six Space Shuttle Missions. Assigned to Office of Space Launch within the US Air Force Office of Space Systems and NASA responsible for managing the technical and programmatic integration of six DoD satellites to include structural/mechanical, electrical/avionic, thermal, flight planning, and flight operational integration, on-orbit deployment and mission assurance. Required advanced knowledge and understanding of space-physics, the dynamics of satellite deployment, and physics of orbital maneuvering.

Responsible for design, development, and delivery of the communications satellite computer hardware and software systems to conduct multi-satellite resource allocation operations, continuity of operations and modeling of multi-satellite configurations. All work required advanced knowledge and understanding of the mathematics and physics of multi-body dynamic motion in space.

Responsible for undergraduate instructions at all levels of Physics through Classical Mechanics, Electro-Magnetic Theory, Light-Optics, Atomic/Nuclear, elementary particles, Astronautics, Space Science, Astrophysics, and Cosmology. Much hands-on physics via the Academy Domed Observatory refractory telescope in which students were instructed on how to employ the telescope, spectrograph, and other astronomy tools toward projects for classifying unknown stellar objects. Served part-time as Assistant Professor of Physics in the Department of Astronautics.

Responsible for leading and commanding an Army Engineering Company of approximately 300 personnel. Additionally, responsible for establishing and conducting qualification entry-level training courses in electricity and magnetism for new Army advanced individual personnel training. Worked as part-time Instructor of Mathematics in off-duty evening instruction in various levels of mathematics for the Central Texas College, University of Maryland, and the University of Missouri.

Responsible for conducting research experiments on excitation levels in Cesium by employing a controlled energy electron beam impact of Cesium in the vapor state. The experiment required detailed knowledge of atomic and particle physics interaction phenomena and atomic scattering theory, as well as laboratory skills in vacuum technology and retarding potential difference methods for creating electron beams. Responsible for conducting undergraduate level physics laboratory classes in the basics of classical mechanics, electro-magnetism, thermodynamics, and optics-light.
