• A focus on customer service and staff management, while also developing and implementing new education programs to enhance guest experience and satisfaction.
• Organize and set up children’s programs, ladies’ nights and other special events throughout the season.
• Coordinate with School and Club Program Managers and liaise with reps and advisors from individual groups and schools.
• Encourage growth of staff through education.

• Supervise the inmate population (~ 300 TO 400) to enforce compliance with the policies and procedures of the detention facility.
• Perform duties to ensure that the rights of the individual inmate as mandated by the Federal, State, and Local judiciaries are in compliance.
• Maintain written and computer generated documentation of activities and incidents within the detention facility as required.
• Coordinate and interact with Local, State and Federal Law Enforcement, Agencies on an as needed basis.
