With over 18 years of experience in the construction materials industry, I have developed core competencies in new business development, operations management, and project planning. My mission is to provide high-quality products and services to our customers, while ensuring the safety, efficiency, and profitability of our operations. I am currently the Executive Vice President at Conmat Group Inc., a leading family of companies that manufacture and distribute construction materials across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions.As the Executive Vice President, I oversee the strategic direction, growth, and performance of Conmat Group and its subsidiaries, including Construction Materials Group (CMG, Rockingham Steel, and Whitlock Highway Products), Rockingham Redi-Mix, Rockingham Precast, Pavcon Group, Rockbridge Stone Products and Republic Trusswerks. I am responsible for managing the leadership, marketing, production, logistics, and financial aspects of our businesses, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, suppliers, and partners. I leverage my skills in new business development, operations management, and project planning to create value for our customers , while fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, innovation, and excellence within our team.
