The Operations Manager performs a variety of supervisory and management tasks and is responsible for the overall performance of the stores. The Operations Manager must recommend and approve expenditures, handle personal activities, control costs, and maintain customer satisfaction. The Operations Manager will be responsible for all sales and rental installations and services inside the US and International, as well as operations of drilling instrumentation for field stores according to specifications to ensure full functionality. Provides a link between the customer and the company to help ensure effective services is provided to the customer. The FOM spends a substantial amount of his time in customer contact through sales, servicing and training customers to be assured their requirement are satisfied.
