My entire life, career and experience has revolved around the construction industry. My father owned a small construction company in Marion County Florida and I worked with him and on his in field crews starting at the age of 13. While in high school, I discovered a love and talent for design and drafting. While a variety of diverse construction related jobs filled my time during my college years, I continued to develop my design skills. In 1994 I began employment with Curington Contracting, Inc. a well established residential and commercial contracting firm in Ocala, Florida. Most of my experience at Curington served in pre-construction related responsibilities. In 2000, I left Curington and founded Initial Phase Construction Services, Inc. a firm offering pre-construction services that include drafting and design, permitting assistance and much more. In 2003, I founded ICL Builders Group, Inc. a contracting firm based in Ocala and serving the North Central Florida area. Today, IPC Services, Inc. and ICL Builders Group, Inc. While I continue to grow IPC & ICL, I am also excited to have recently finalized partnership details with Andre Nadeau, V.P. of Nadeau Construction Unlimited, Inc. Together, we are excited to focus most of our effort in growing our new company Nadeau-Stout Custom Homes, LLC.
