Meet with customers and gather basic design criteria, prepare conceptual designs and associated cost options for construction.- Prepare detailed design criteria and pricing schematics for engineering firms and sub- contractors. Prepare and negotiate subsequent GMP, Fee based or Lump Sum contract proposals for the client. Negotiate Scope, Schedule, Value engineering, Award authorization per owner requirements and prepare contract documents with sub-contractors.- Lead Project Execution of internal and external design teams, site management teams, project schedules, design reviews, permitting, management of site staff and subcontractors; oversee commissioning / turnover document submittals.- Track weekly status update including safety and quality metrics with the site teams.
