Rusty Duncan founded ICG along with his business partners in January of 2006 with the idea of approaching the agency model differently. From the way they tackled creative, fostered relationships and even the way they did business. It had to be different to attract like-minded partners. The approach has paid off with steady growth since 2006. ICG is a three-time recipient of the Metro 50 award, which recognizes the fastest-growing independent Oklahoma City companies. ICG has also been awarded numerous awards for their work and received a Beacon Award in the philanthropic impact category for their significant charitable contributions to Neighborhood Services Organization (NSO).Rusty serves as the marketing chair on the Big Brother Big Sisters and Neighborhood Services Organization boards in Oklahoma City. He is also the creator of the OKC Hungryman 10k, the state’s first eat then run relay race benefiting NSO. In 2010, Rusty was awarded the OKC Biz Top 40 Under 40 award for his business achievements and community involvement.He is pretty much the expert on giving nicknames to people in his life including but not limited to co-workers, children, animals and random strangers. Rusty is married to the amazing Renae Duncan and has the 3 coolest kids in the world. He lives in Edmond and is an active member of New Covenant United Methodist church. He loves the OKC Thunder, The University of Oklahoma, The Black Crowes and watching his kids grow up.
