My role is to develop and scope out integration requirements with third party applications, discuss application and data transmission encryption protocols, gather data and share information regarding SOC 1 and 2 reports to ensure compliance as well as other tasks relating to these areas.

In this role, I am responsible for providing both educational and technical solutions based demonstrations of SaaS Human Capital Management solutions that range from Pre-hire to Retirement. I also conduct discovery calls with sales to determine a prospects business needs, requirements, pain points, and budget for the project. I am also tasked with completing technical RFPs. In addition, I have duties to be the Technical Sales Trainer for any new sales rep joining the organization.

This presale and implementation project coordinator role, was key in selling and on boarding 300+ new clients with multiple product sets and high complexities.
