In this role, I am responsible for providing both educational and technical solutions based demonstrations of SaaS Human Capital Management solutions that range from Pre-hire to Retirement. I also conduct discovery calls with sales to determine a prospects business needs, requirements, pain points, and budget for the project. I am also tasked with completing technical RFPs.
