As Construction Manager I oversee and lead all aspects of production within the division for communities within several geographic areas including Northern Virginia, areas of West Virginia and Frederick & Washington County Maryland. I hold regular group building meetings to review safety protocols, production or construction delays and discuss upcoming closing dates. Over the course of my time at Drees Homes I manage roughly 16-25 builders and 135 - 250 closings per year.
