CurrentDevelop strong relationships and partner with Safety Director, driver managers, and HR.• Establish recruiting requirements based off business objectives; meeting with driver managers to discuss needs.• Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels of the business.• Create and implement Employment Marketing Strategies to attract passive job seekers.• Attend strategy meetings with all department managers.. • Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.• Attract applicants by placing employment advertisements and sourcing. • Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.• Pre-screen internal and external candidates • Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with Safety Director; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.• Improve organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.• Update job knowledge by participating in reading professional publications.• Maintenance and Organization of Candidate Records • Travel to various locations for job fairs and training purposes.• Maintenance of Applicant Tracking System • Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules; arranges travel, lodging, and meals; escorting applicant to interviews.• Accomplish human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
