One of the founders and a principal owner with A&S Management.As CEO and President of Live Technologies, I have leveraged my extensive industry experience to manage the organization and position the business for growth. During my Tenure with Live Technologies, I have expanded the Company into new and profitable markets, facilitated strategic company acquisitions and built an operational infrastructure required to capitalize on emerging growth opportunities.While touring I developed an interest in computers and built the original databases that became the companies’ first quoting, inventory management and customer management databases. My interest in IT has led to the continuous improvement of infrastructure management and Live!’s IT remains a direct report.I have been a strong proponent of managing growth and capacity with responsibility and take on company advancement projects personally. I have been directly responsible for numerous real estate and construction projects that have propelled the company forward and met new capacity needs at every step. I also sought out personal business coaching and financial training, am an avid reader and challenges our team on best business practices. In 2007 I began a search for new investment into Live! In order to continue the growth, expand the business expertise internally and solidify the management structure in order to move the company forward from multiple plateaus. A&S Investment Group was identified as a potential partner and in 2008 they bought a majority share of Live Technologies. I have served as the CEO and principal Board Member, advising the board and investors of the companies’ progress monthly.I have received numerous recognitions throughout my career, including multiple nominations for the prestigious Ernst & Young “Entrepreneur of the Year Award” (2014, 2015, 2016) and receiving the Smart Business News “Smart Businessman Award” (2012).

Spent the majority of the early years traveling with the likes of Neil Young, Whiteheart, DC Talk and Ricky Van Shelton. Also lit video projects for The Black Crowes, Dwight Yoakum, The Toll, James Brown, numerous ESPN boxing events and full length concert videos for Whiteheart. Very early adopter of moving light technology when they became available for regional rental companies.

Provided Lighting Design and Direction Services for a number of local concert venues in the Ohio Region - Al Rosa Villa, Newport Music Hall, Charlie Horse Saloon. Also toured with National Recording Artists Willie Phoenix, Rosie, The Godz and McGuffey Lane from base in Ohio. Worked with numerous local artists building their live show to go after their dreams!

Worked as a buyers assistant, moved into handling the city sales desk, and assistant to the owner.
