Hofmann offers wide range of moulded products and specialty products to consumers in food, oil and heavy duty industry.• Production operation planning; deciding priorities and sequences for effective & efficient resource utilization• Create master schedule of the production for the in house stocks and customer orders• Develop plans to minimize changeovers and maximize production efficiencies• Chair daily production meeting with sales & customer service to monitor the orders and evaluate daily production situations• Work close to purchase department to procure inventory items in timely manner • Warehouse management containing 5000 SKU’s for better storage and shipping efficiency • Maintain inventory stock levels as per KANBAN (min-max) and to match the customer service levels• Analyze the production performance by using various tools like OEE, productivity and Rejection %• Work with ERP (CyFrame-Crystal Reports Oracle Database) system for planning, inventory management and arranging the supplies to manufacture finished goods• Coordinate with customer service, QC and shipping department to create and ship quality products in timely manner• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with ERP system• Deal with maintenance department to optimize the machine downtime and performance• Determining weekly and daily temp labour requirements to meet production plan• Work with 5S and Kaizen teams to maintain the housekeeping as well as productivity• Ensure production teams are adhered to HACCP, GMP, FDA and Food Safety Regulations • Develop, monitor and alter production schedule to avoid any production delay• Establish and maintain a safe work environment & ensure training of employees on regular basis to improve the H&S level• Member of IMS team for implementation of ISO 9001:2015; Key Member of FSSC 22000 QMS team
