Manages accounting records to ensure timely and accurate entry of all financial transactions into the accounting system. Responsible for the production of financial reportsIn partnership with the CFO, to ensure the fiscal integrity and financial compliance of GWF and GWAFLiaison with the HR and Operations Manager recording payroll in the general ledgerWork with grantmaking team to reconcile grants payments and cash receiptsCoordinate and support 2 annual fiscal audits

- Prepare financial reports monthly, reconcile GL accts, prepare journal entries- Process payroll, reconcile benefit invoices- Reporting & invoicing to gov’t agencies- Prepare financial and proposal reports for foundation grants- Tracking vendor balances- Assist and provide details for budgeting- Assist in budgeting- Assist in qtr lobbying report to FPPC- Prepare Annual audit, IRS 990 & 1099 annually
