Detailed responsibilities:- Meet and exceed revenue activity targets;- Proactively research and understand the local recruitment market including business trends, competitor awareness and potential business opportunities;- Maintain contact with current Clients regarding employed Candidates and further cooperation;- Consult Clients by providing advice and support to find the most appropriate recruitment solution;- Specify Client needs, prepare a job description, set up project's timetable;- Ensure efficient and quality handling of Candidate communication at all stages of the recruitment process;- Perform market research and pro-active reach to Candidates (direct search);- Prepare best suited recruitment and assessment methodology;- Organise interviews with Candidates, assessment and testing if needed;- Ensure that all deadlines and service delivery expectations are met and adhered to;- Secure the timely delivery of performance and business development reports to Manager.
