My own freelance project

NOW IT'S BASED ON DAO. Responsible for assisting in the creative development and execution of NFT program. Overseeing assigned production teams and managing daily production schedules and budgets. Constant monitoring of the NFT market and tracking of new trends and adapting their elements to Lympo's target audience and intended visual strategy. Finding and attracting talent, managing its time and finances. Also, I temporarily covered the position of Head of Creative Design, the purpose of which was to update the image of Lympo and take care of the visual strategy of social media and other communication channels and their implementation. There were about 15 wonderful and professional souls on the team: illustrators, animators, videographers and graphic designers.

My responsibilities: making creative decisions, generating a wide range of storytelling ideas, guiding the video production team to enhance, refine, and translate those ideas into finished projects on a timely basis and within defined budgets, development of corporate strategy, process initiation, maintenance, sales planning, and customer search, monitoring of video market, and external communication planning. Creating new creative products (new services), corporate financial planning, freelance talent search, internal management team hiring, and direct management, working with company shareholders. Here I learned a lot and the main thing was - how to build a business. I have achieved and exceeded all planned financial and strategic goals:- The company's activities expanded into additional 3 areas;- In the first 2 years of the agency, we produced 3 TVCs (the first TVC was included in the five-year plans);- Estimated number of new customers increased by 50%;- In the second year of the agency's existence, the team expanded and we employed 3 people;- In the second year of the agency's activity, I exceeded the planned financial annual KPI by 87.7%

Lecture of the basics of graphic design. During the training, students are introduced to the fundamentals of graphic design, practical tasks and final works are performed. The course included: typography, basics of composition, consumer psychology, color theory, knowledge and practical use of Adobe Photoshop tools.

Maintenance of social networks, implementation of the intended strategy, graphic design, website administration, and maintenance. Video and photo content creation (yes, I took photos and videos):- Updated website;- Visual identity of social networks (adapted to the newly created identity);- Created a new strategy for social networks;

Created a new theater brand identity, created and implemented a social media strategy, and planned warm and cold sales. Planning and execution of marketing actions for each performance and available product in collaboration with colleagues. Planning, finding, and mentoring volunteering/volunteers.Achieved goals:during the first three months of work, we achieved SOLD OUT of three premiere performances;we grew the audience in social networks +3k followers;sales jumped +15% in the first half of the season (compared to last season);discovered new advertising areas for publicity of performances and events;the first KJT volunteer team was assembled;updated visual identity of the theater.
