Hi I’m Ruta. I am a senior at Georgia State University, double majoring in human resource management as well as risk management, and insurance. My education thus far, combined with 2 years at AMMEGA, has allowed me to develop a diverse set of talents. My organizational and problem-solving abilities are my strongest assets. Throughout the beginning of my professional journey, I have leveraged several skills in various facets, includingEmployee Engagement:Leveraged SMS technology to facilitate employee enrollment and actively engaged in the organization of all yearly and monthly events.Human Resources:Partnered with the human resources team to support recruitment efforts, managed employee records and documentation, ensured the timely processing of sensitive employee paperwork, conducted audits of HR files, and organized and facilitated HR projects.Labor Relations:Maintain compliance with all labor poster requirements, foster an open environment for employees to escalate concerns to HR, and ensure employee compliance with company policies and contractual obligations.
