- Work closely with the leadership team to formulate the business's medium to long term financial and strategic plan- Support and contribute to the production of the five-year business plan and financial strategy- Track performance against key targets and outcomes and produce regular corporate level management information to all senior management and the Board- Support the CFO in communicating financial strategy issues and recommend changes to the Leadership Team- Work with the Data team to analyse competitor and market financial information to provide insight to assist with decision making- Project manage end-to-end delivery of financial forecasting processes, including communications, timetables and data requirements- Work with the Data team to provide intelligence to the business in terms of converting data into meaningful information to make decisions- Prepare business cases to support new investment, strategic and other business decisions- Ensure that internal stakeholders have clear and simplified financial information to enable them to make strategic decisions- Oversee the preparation of management reports and regular regulatory reporting- Lead scenario modelling to assess risks and decision making- Regularly review the methodology used to assess our risk capital requirements- Manage a team of Financial and Business Analysts, including staff recruitment, staff development, performance and task management and proactively contribute to plans and priorities for the department.- Work with the CFO on key financial projects to drive business insights and reporting- Aid in the creation and development of ad hoc financial models and analysis to assist and support strategic initiatives and business cases

- Confident in challenging all stakeholders' assumptions and identifying risks and opportunities in forecast scenarios- Deeply familiar with all business areas by understanding key initiatives, challenges and opportunities- Provide yearly trend reports, explanation on variances, drive better investment decisions and optimal resource allocation (Identify opportunities across all operations where resources can be used in a more optimal way. Challenge stakeholders to look at all capacity options across Operations including Outsource or other solutions)- Take co-responsibility for all top down inputs / bottom up budgets- Prepare Scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis- Support management to create an annual operating plan that is aligned to the strategic plan and performs forecasting to provide visibility into business results to enable business decisions.- Pro-actively identify opportunities to automate the reporting and forecasting processes using best practices- Optimize the renewal process of existing contracts- Work closely with the team to deliver quarterly board packages / monthly PPP reports- Produce multiple key deliverables under tight deadlines and fast turnaround times during certain periods without sacrificing accuracy and presentation- Build strong relationships and collaborate with business leaders to become a trusted advisor who highlights risks, spots opportunities, build simulations and sensitivity analysis

- Driving reporting process automatization with preparation of monthly/quarterly reporting packages- Preparing information for financial audits- Assisting in the preparation of quarterly and yearly financial reports for stock exchange; under IFRS- Financial analysis improvements through the implementation of new systems and processes- Analyze and research accounting fluctuations- Account reconciliation

- Follow up in what regards to the status of different projects implementation and upcoming expenses- Identify and systematize optimal tracking of expenses and upcoming projects (create budget structure, system of planning and tracking expenses)- Challenge budgets between projects in order to avoid overspent/saving and achieve optimization- Participate/Drive changes of budget tracking- Secure monthly and yearly budget overview/reallocations/planning together with all relevant stakeholders- Ensure correct internal financial and administrative procedures, including creating and maintaining appropriate documentation to justify all budget expenses
