My responsibilities include- requirements gathering for software development- create implementation strategy and approach (Oracle Unified Method)- business process analysis: in-depth and/or high level analysis of the customer's business processes.- configuration design: translate business needs into OHI configuration, validate design with customer to get buy-in, provide advice on opportunities and pitfalls (pros/cons)- configuration: prototype configuration, configuration volume implemented by partners. Potential customization (Groovy programming). - data migration support: support transfer of data between OHI environments, create tools and scripts for data migration validation such as database comparison- integration support: data mapping between internal and external systems (web services, WSDL)- test support: provide knowledge center function for testing purposes, provide tools and scripts for advanced testing (excel VBA, PL/SQL, SQL)- provide OHI training: trained around 150 people in OHI- support (pre-)sales with demonstrations and workshops for potential customers
