At the Utrecht ice skating association, I have been involved various committees, responsible for organising fun activities, the introduction camp, the inline skating training, setting up shorttrack, maintaining and developing speed skating knowledge and exercises, and finally, ensuring safety during sports.

Board Member of U.S.S.V. Softijs, as Director of Trainers (Commissaris Technisch Kader). In my board year, we have implemented the obligation to wear helmets on the ice and have taken other measures to improve safety during sports. I've also developed a training plan for our Development Team.

I've researched and reported on how municipality officials in various functions manage the green and blue infrastructure of their municipality.

I have been involved several committees of the study association of Biomedical Sciences, which include the Career Day Committee, the Weekend Committee and the External Affairs Working Group. Here, I have taken up the function of chair, promotion and advisory member.
