Triple is a Full-Service Digital agency; I did not know working at a tech company would be so exciting. It's such a broad spectrum of things that we do that creates endless opportunities to learn more. I've got the space to develop myself in a way that works for me, but also I get challenged by my team and the company to grow as a person in the way that fits me best. Great to be part of a culture where they prioritise their people. For years I worked as a hospitality worker; nowadays, I have transitioned to recruitment. The reason that that step fits well? I'm still helping people! I can use the communication skills I gained in the hospitality industry in recruitment. The care in the work ensures that the candidate ends up as well as possible and experiences a pleasant process. These steps are challenges to ensure that everyone enjoys their work. The growth I have to make for this and the challenges that come my way provide much pleasure in my work. I want everyone to see this good challenge as something beautiful, so I am now committed to supporting every candidate in finding a suitable workplace.
