I collaborate closely with local implementing partners to design, monitor, and evaluate Stromme Foundation's Education country programme tailored to the community’s needs. My role involves providing expert advice on curriculum development, teacher training, and educational policy. I also ensure that programs align with both international standards and local contexts. Additionally, I facilitate capacity-building initiatives, support grant writing and reporting, and foster strong relationships between the Stromme Foundation and local stakeholders. I also oversee and provide strategic technical guidance on adolescent empowerment program – Bonga, Both for out of school adolescents and in-school learners.
