Experienced media practitioner engaged in audiovisual creative practice and researching and writing critically on the audiovisual arts for many years. Experienced lecturer in digital arts and culture, media production and analysis, creative and academic research, critical theory and visual culture. Strong research background in the digital audiovisual arts: Doctor in Philosophy (PhD) in Digital Arts and Media from the Arts Technology Research Laboratory, Trinity College Dublin. Sixteen research articles published in peer-reviewed academic publications. Involved in undergraduate and postgraduate programme development and management. Conducted applied research in technology enhanced learning and digital skills development in creative arts education funded by The National Forum for the Enhancement of Teaching and Learning in Higher Education.
