• Work with Manufacturing Learning Leads, HR Business Advisors, Business to understand learning needs for compliance and technical training across plants• Coordinate and manage global teams to ensure daily activities are consistent and well-managed and help team flex to support across regions as needed• Liaise with Manufacturing Learning Lead to better understand learning needs, develop learning content, and continuously improve services• Define the focus and outcomes of learning programs in order to grow knowledge and skills• Design the learning experience and develop learning content and materials• Manage learning vendor sourcing, preferred vendor lists, engagement, and evaluation• Collect, analyze, and report metrics of the impact of learning activities on business KPIs• Manage requests for new learning content and content modifications• Identify improvements to online and digital learning experience and learning technology• Manage e-learning requests and projects in the organization
