Currently evaluating a Mid-Term review on Africa Energy Transition for WWF. Successfully reviewed relevance, social inclusion, effectivity, efficiency, regional aspects, pro poor policies, outcomes, sustainability, impacts, lessons learnt and best practices.

Liased with the administration coordination team to work collaboratively with the program manager to provide customer services, process and fulfillment of tasks, field customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints.
