Most recent and currently, I am a prime contractor team member of the largest remodel in the historyof the United States Air Force. The JBPHH Hangar 5 Renovation project consists of several CLINS, most notably, a new dual-feed 11 kVA electrical grid complete with new MV switches, MV transformers, LV switchgear, LV switchboards, automatic transfer switches, static auto-ties, a new UPS housed in the old electrical room, along with several transformers, switchboards, and panels inside the building. A new 275-ton chiller complete with new electrical service to the existing chiller yard consisting of two switchboards, three ATSs, new pumps and VFDs. On the interior of the building, a newly invented (with input from Johns Hopkins, NASA, and USAF ART personnel) spectral tuning lighting system was installed, a complete remodel on one portion of the second floor complete with FreeAxez flooring and a new version of Hubbell floor boxes (UL listing required for this application), automatic retractable walls, new electrical grid for the data center, an almost complete require, along with several other upgrades.My position as the Project Manager Support Specialist consisted of administrative duties, assistantQAQC, assistant Safety Manager, organizing and creating change order requests, working with the AkimaContracts Manager for contract modifications, inputting and assisting with monthly reports, building and maintaining the central database kept on Microsoft Sharepoint, maintaining red-lines, ensuring accuracy of as-builts, acting as liaison with both sub-contractors and the customer, and organizing and working with both the NETA tester and commissioning agent.

I interact with clients and using the Adobe Creative Suite to bring to life their visions. I've developed new identities for businesses; designed logos, business systems, brochures, mailers, invitations, t-shirts, and websites; and created custom, hand-rendered illustrations and drawings using various mediums for clients. Clients include Kids International Ministries, TrueFit Solutions, Inc. and the Boy Scouts of America.
