Introduced streamlined processes to optimize operations and bolster efficiency. Ensured alignment of all projects and staff with organizational strategies and objectives.

Led the establishment of the Partnership department, overseeing recruitment, training, and management of a team of 10 global staff members. Provided strategic direction and management for diverse programs, including trips to Israel, conferences, and retreats. Cultivated and managed relationships with over 300 partner organizations across 35 countries, optimizing collaborations to enhance global impact.

Co-authored and oversaw the implementation of a $2 million US Federal grant awarded to Bliss to expand the Bliss Marriage program into Washington, DC.
