Work within the Practice Improvement team of one of the largest children's charities in the county. I am responsible for the handling and resolution of all complaints about our 600+ services across the UK. This involves liaison with complainants, senior staff, frontline staff, legal advisors and others to ensure any complaints are dealt with quickly and effectively and learning from complaints is disseminated and acted upon across the organisation. I am also responsible for collating and disseminating all compliments and positive service user feedback across the organisation, of which there is 10 times more than there are complaints! I am the organisation's responsible person for Complaints and Advocacy Policy, Procedure & Guidance.I also work as part of the wider practice improvement and safeguarding team to;- advise staff on any issues relating to customer services and complaints- have responsibility for Complaints training- deliver training on Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE)- take part in the Annual Safeguarding Review of services as well as devising and running focus groups for young people to contribute to this review

Including managing all aspects of a residential arts programme for 70 young people with a variety of complex needs as well as 30 staff. Managed relationships with a variety of external organisations including corporate sponsors, arts organisations, and national museums and galleries.
