Developing support and education packages in End of Life Care for the Domiciliary Care Workforce across the West Midlands

- Successfully manage contracts in relation to Organisational Needs Analyses (ONA) completions and to quality assure through feedback from 500 social care employers.- Complete NVQ Level 4 Business Support and undertake employer visits to complete ONAs on behalf of the West Midlands region.- Develop marketing and promotional materials in partnership with stakeholders and care partnerships to enhance sector knowledge of learning and development opportunities. - Act as a conduit between all relevant key stakeholders, promoting workforce advice and brokerage services,

- Manage, support, monitor and evaluate identified projects, ensuring the completion of appropriate paperwork for allocation of funding. - Negotiate contracts and projects on behalf of the Partnership to ensure best practice and best value. - Line manage Partnership Administrator and temporary staff. - Provide an administrative and IT service to support the Partnership's team and working groups. - Support financial management of SSCWP's budgets.

- Responsible for the monitoring and tracking of financial grants (e.g. Skills for Care, HRD/NTS etc.) through the use of an auditing database and with support from two local authorities. - Responsible for the development and management of SSCWP contracts, service specifications and service level agreements in line with local authority governance and financial standing instructions.- Liaise with project leads to develop and manage financial SSCWP projects. - Assist project leads in the development of Performance Indicators for use in contract milestones monitoring and clear statements in relation to quality and outcomes. - Responsible for establishing and maintaining effective and efficient administrative systems and developing quality assurance processes for all support services and communication arrangements.- Monitor work plans containing milestones, targets and performance indicators as a basis for the performance management of SSCWP.- Co-ordinate facilities and equipment management of offices used by SSCWP employees.

Ensure and manage the diligent inspection of all fresh produce delivered to the factory for pre-packing, reporting its quality, freshness and suitability for sale, including relevant feedback to supplier's and buyers) with assessments being based upon Government criteria. This position also oversees general running of the QC laboratory, office and staff, as well as being a valued team member.
