I started out in our family business in bookkeeping helping my Mother and Father build the business. In 2004, after my father's passing, my brother and I shared the responsibility of managing the dealership. In 2008, I became the General Manager of Gellings Implement. My goal was to grow the business for our fourth generation owners.

I started out my career in Mary Kay as a sales consultant. Two years later, I built my team to achieve Sales Director status while working with 50-60 women. My purpose as a sales director is to educate and motivate women onto successful careers in Mary Kay.
