My experience demonstrates a proven history of developing and overseeing curricular and co-curricular programs in teaching, research, and service through experiential learning, strategic planning, responsible budgeting, and student engagement. I enjoy collaborating to implement University-wide initiatives with a focus on learner outcomes, faculty and staff development, outreach, alumni and community relations, and athletics in order to enhance student development, promote retention, and enrich the academic experience. I believe in a team-based approach to teaching and the delivery of student life programming through creative and engaging modalities.
