I am a CVT that is a jack of all trades not only am I skilled at animal care, which includes: *venipuncture on feline and canines *placing iv catheters *anesthesia: induction, running and monitoring * Preform dental prophylaxis and dental radiographs. *perform diagnostic procedures, including laboratory work. *Administer vaccines *Administer all routes of medication *Micro chipping *Resistant of animals for blood draw, x-rays and other procedures. *Run a kennel, including feeding, walking and medicating *Cleaning and organizing kennels. *Assist foster coordinator with tracking, implementing and daily care of foster animals. I am also skilled at customer service, which includes: *Greeting and making customers feel welcome. *Handling multiple phone lines. *Providing excellent customer service via the telephone. *Handling various point of sales computers, from large retail to small boutique systems. *Processing applications for adoption. Management: *Supervising two sites at once with a collective team of up to 15 people. *Completing payroll of employees. *Setting scheduling calendars, including requests for time off. *Coaching employees to develop them into better employees. *Writing up corrective actions to help improve employee performance.
